CAMEROON – Cameroonian Navy Foiled a Smuggling Operation over Idenao

THE CAMEROONIAN NAVY PATROL BOAT P107 CNS DIPIKAR INTERCEPTED TWO WOODEN CRAFTS TRAFFICKING PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

CAMEROON // Cameroonian Navy patrol boat P107 CNS DIPIKAR intervened at an undisclosed time on May 3rd in proximity of Idenao, Cameroon. The Navy personnel intercepted two large wooden canoes that were approaching the port of Idenao.

The two crafts were transporting around 90,000 liters of oil derived products, likely used for smuggling activities. The Cameroonian Navy seized the petroleum products and the perpetrators were charged with illegal trafficking of petroleum products and immigration.
