EVENT DESCRIPTION // On November 26th, at 1251 UTC, in proximity of Factory Point, 13NM NW of Pennington FPSO, Nigeria, the Saint Kitts and Nevis-flagged cargo vessel MILAN (IMO: 8113619) was attacked while underway. Status of the crew is not yet clear and unconfirmed reports indicate some crew have been kidnapped.
The incident is currently considered as ongoing. No further information available.
Update 27/11/2020: it was confirmed that 10 crew members were kidnapped during the incident. The vessel is now reported as safe.
