EVENT DESCRIPTION // On October 25th, while underway from Port Harcourt to Bille in Degema LGA, a passenger boat was attacked.

As a result of the attack one passenger was killed and several allegedly kidnapped. Also, passengers’ valuables and the speedboat were taken during the action.
