CONGO // NILEDUTCH BREDA sea robbery Pointe-Noire anchorage – 04/01/2021
While in Pointe-Noire anchorage area the Cyprus-flagged container ship NILEDUTCH BREDA (IMO: 9612765) was boarded by three intruders. The AB on duty spotted the intruders on board the vessel, in the forecastle area, and raised the alarm prompting the crew to retreat into the citadel. The intruders escaped on a long wooden boat.
